Prospective Tenants

If you’re interested in renting one of our properties just fill out the application on the properties listing page. If you meet the requirements you will be approved within 1-2 business days. 

 Application fee is $55.00 per adult applicant (over age 18).

• Monthly gross income must be greater than 3x the amount of monthly rent.
• A check of evictions, criminal background, credit, bankruptcies, liens and judgments will be performed and considered during the application approval process.
• Any owed rental balances will result in an application denial.
• Please note that at this point we do not have any available rental properties that accept Housing Vouchers.
• No dogs/cats allowed in the property. All pets must be disclosed.
